Xprog m update to 5.5 error solution

One of our customers update the XPROG-M Programmer V5.5 m from 5.0 to 5.45, meet the following problem：

After replace the chip my PC run 5.0 software but ask for updade, for not kill the chip I must overwrite destination folder. After overwrite destination folder with 5.45, software not working, windows informs about some problem (look attachment)
ussaly you can open sowtware (for example for change the port com o read info about version) ,
you can open the software without the box, too…
you can’t work with this software only….after overwriting I CAN NOT open the software….

Analysis: After get the chip, use our software to write to the chip. Then replace this chip with your original one. Then install our 5.45 software to use.

Solution:

I unistalled Adobe Reader XI and later installed and started Adobe Reader 9.5 and program XPROG-M Programmer V5.5 working. Thanks
