How to fix FGTech Galletto 2-Master EOBD2 can not work?

Before reading this post, let us know their two kinds of FGTECH, one is the FGTECH galletto v54 and another one is FGTech with BDM function. But they share the same features, the same functions and the same operation ways.

Question one: FGTECH can not work.
Some users react their FGTECH can not work after they use for some days, when you meet this problem, please contact us the customer service will send you a FG fix tool, and teach you how to fix the software, and make the fgtech work again.
Question two: I can not open the EOBD.exe
Some users react they can not open EOBD.exe as the following picture shows.

When you meet this problem, because you disconnect USBKEY, just connect it and you will open EOBD.exe.
