When you use XPROG-M Programmer V5.5 (no matter for V5.5 or V5.48) to program the
chips. And if you meet error prompt: “Unknown command,Software error”, just
like the photo shown. Then please use our way to solve it.

your chip on the main board is broken. You need to replace this chip.
