If the LED of XPROG-M V5.5 Plus with Dongle will not turn on ,how to slove it ?

If the Led of XPROG-M V5.3 Plus with Dongle did not turn on , it does not mean the item broke, because the LED only turns on during reading the corresponding date .The other situations ,?The LED ?will not turn on .
