How to solve VDM UCANDAS “Login server failed” problem

VDM UCANDAS on official website and can install and use the software smoothly, today i change another laptop to install the software, it prompt me “Login server failed” and “Communication failed, please try again!”, obd2express. can you give me any advice to solve this problem? Or this software has IP limitation and only can be installed on one laptop?

Solution: This problem is caused that you change another laptop and do not use the register information you use. After register, you can use the register information on all laptop. Click User icon and fill in your register information which you done first. Then you can go on to use smoothly.
