FAQ of Toyota Intelligent Tester IT2

Q: I bought a Toyota Denso it2; it fails to work with my car s from 2000-2006 year, but works with the car models before 2000 year and that of after 2006 year
A: It depends on what car model, Toyota tester IT2 only works with Suzuki from North America market, not works with Suzuki from the other left market. Toyota IT2 works with most model of Toyota made after 2000 and Lexus, for toyota models, it does not has region limitation.

Q: Will this Toyota Denso it2 be updated in the future? How to update it?
A: Yes. Toyota intelligent tester it2 can be updated. Now latest software is 2013.8. Software is stored in the card. So it is updated by the software card. Once new software release, you can buy the software card to update your tool.

Q: Does your ti2 has touch-screen calibration function? Because for touch screen products, sometimes it will needs calibration.
A: Yes. It has this function.

Q: If i lost all my keys, can i use your toyota it2 to program new key? My car model is 99 lexus /Toyota. Can i use it to read smart key information?
A: Yes. Our toyota it2 support key programming. It can support your car. But for key programming, it needs to work together with your car, you need has the basic skill for key programming, because we do not support key programming training. It does not support reading smart key information.

Q: Can i use this toyota it2 to program ECU and key? If not, what other products will you recommand?
A: Yes. You can. Besides this toyota it2, you can use allscanner it3  and toyota x-vci.

Q: Does your toyota it2 support programming ECM/PCM module?
A: Yes. It support.

Q: What is the difference between the three type of TOYOTA IT2?
A: They are made by different factory. For SP17-B and SP17-C, it has oscilloscope function. While SP17-D does not have this function. Other function are the same.
