How to do when the digimaster3?suddenly?black / white screen?

update the EBoot

update the kernel of the digimaster 3 was supported recently( one key through updating kernel by SD card). Press the number 8 and press the OK at same time, and comfirm it by ” Press O?“ When the “continue update Firmware” appears, it indicated your device EBOOT program is the old version. So first you should update the EBOOT program and update the Digimaster 3 kernel.

Before you update EBOOT, you should install the EBTOOL first.

1. Press the number 8 and OK?simultaneously, Press the OK when the ” Press OK to confirm and continue update Firmware”, the updating is beginning.

2. Connect the EBTOOL to the computer via the USB port, then will pop-up the ” Found New Hardware wizard”

3.Click the “Install the software automatically”.

4. If you had installed the DIGIMASTER 3 before, choose the second ” SEC???SMDK board” in dialog box shown below, click next.
